Our products are fulfilled by our custom manufacturer, which means all refunds and returns follow the their rules and guidelines. Since all items are custom printed on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Buyer’s remorse or incorrect size selection

  • Minor print variances or slight color differences due to screen display variations

  • General dissatisfaction unrelated to product defects

We will offer a refund or replacement if:

  • Your item arrives damaged or defective

  • The wrong item, size, or design is received due to a fulfillment error

  • The order is lost in transit or never arrives
